The description is at the top and as you can see the Sim needs their pool clean. There are no skills required for this one! Odd Jobs responses range from Great Success, Success, Failure and Critical Failure notifications.

A reminder that odd jobs can take up to 3 sim days to show up. The game randomizes odd jobs, so if you do not see it wait 24 hours and then once you complete it, it may take at least 2 days to show up again.
