There’s two options: Kiss accepted OR Kiss rejected.

If the Kiss is accepted:

– Confident +2 buff
– A pop up about instant chemistry 
– Smitten sentiment 
– Boost in romantic relationship 

If the kiss is rejected:

– Embarrassed +2 buff
– A pop up asking what are you doing?
– Hurt, Furious, Grudge sentiments
– Sad +2 Disappointed Buff
– Loss in relationship
